Mitton Environmental – Micronics portable flowmeter used extensively by leading building services specialist
A Micronics Portaflow 330 has been used extensively by Bradford-based Mitton Environmental, one of the UK’s leading mechanical building services specialists, to fault find on existing installations, to prove flow rates for clients and to establish consumption profiles. For example, it has been used in fault finding and diagnosis at a number of distribution and manufacturing sites for a major UK retailer.
Gavin Lewis, Mitton’s Control Manager heard about Micronics flowmeters from a sales representative in early 2015 and, after satisfying himself that the Portaflow was the market leader and very cost effective he felt that the device would be ideal for his purposes and because Micronics is a UK-based supplier good, local product support and aftercare were assured.

Furthermore, the unit’s simplicity and economy of operation were attractive. Because it is quick and easy to commission there is minimal disruption to the running of clients’ facilities.
